Flexliner: Double-deck Innenlader for transporting pallets and roll containers

The total train weight of the trucks driving on our roads is by far not fully made use of. Often the transporting goods are too light, they cannot be piled up or they are too tall for a second layer. Even in trailers with internal loading heights between 2,650 mm and 3,000 mm maximum, double-decker loading comes up against limiting factors quickly. So a lot of transport space remains unused.

Langendorf Flexliners are using costly loading space clearly better. Up to 55 euro pallets, 39 industry pallets, or 87 … mean a capacity which is up to 60 % higher than that of standard vehicles. The two loading decks to be used independently one from the other, make it possible to transport different goods at the same time. Langendorf Flexliners are preferably used for transporting goods which, on 34 pallet places, are not completely using the payload of standard vehicles. Its various possibilities of use turn the Langendorf Flexliner into an extraordinary flexible means of transport.

The high operational efficiency as important advantage is supplemented by an excellent environmental harmony per pallet; in addition it makes a great contribution to relieve the volume of traffic.
