Langendorf's new website with three-dimensional showroom

After months of work, we were finally able to launch our new website, which has been significantly improved in terms of appearance, user-friendliness and three-dimensional experience from home or on the road. The core of our new website is the virtual showroom.

At Langendorf, the focus is clearly on durability and thus a high level of customer benefit over the entire service life of the vehicles. In order to give our customers an optimal overview of our product variety, application and configuration options in advance, we have fundamentally revised our online presence, starting with our new website. From now on, our customers can inform themselves comprehensively here, undisturbed and without time pressure, in order to find the perfect vehicle for their company. The website is characterised by its high user-friendliness. More pictures, faster information and a clear navigation were the focus of the relaunch. "As simple and clear as possible", says Dr. Strautmann, "was our demand for the revision". The new and clear structure of the product pages deserves special mention. This enables the viewer to find out even more quickly about the wide range of products.

The new centrepiece of our website is the virtual showroom, where our most important product groups of Inloaders, low loaders and Tippers are available. Interested parties can view and virtually walk through the vehicles at their own screen. Whether in the general overview for the entire series or down to individual assemblies or optional equipment or design variants - our customers can view the vehicles from all perspectives and obtain in-depth information about our Langendorf products.

The virtual showroom is a novelty in the industry and thus an outstanding highlight of the new Internet presence. "We now make it possible for our prospective customers and customers to get to know their semi-trailer vehicle in depth anywhere and at any time and to take a close look at the technical details and options virtually. This means that many details that are important to the customer can be clarified in advance" says Dr. Klaus P. Strautmann, Managing Director of Langendorf GmbH.

"Another advantage is that this leaves more time for our sales specialists to advise on the many in-depth technical details. Previous experience has shown us that the time windows for customer meetings are getting smaller and smaller. If we no longer have to talk about the basics in the tight time frame of our customers, because the customer has already seen his vehicle in the showroom, there is more time for complex technical details or even business management questions," Strautmann sums up.

"Although we have already put a lot of commitment into the showroom and the new website, we are only at the beginning of the development" says Strautmann. "More languages, more image and film material, all the way to a configurator based on the showroom; all this is being planned and will be introduced successively. We want to offer our customers all the technical possibilities to put together "their" Langendorf. But at the same time, we will always guarantee individual and personal advice and support from our sales professionals," concludes Dr Strautmann.
