Our repair service

16 repair lanes are available on 3,000 m² of hall space. Five of them are pit tracks to carry out extensive work optimally and efficiently so that you can use your vehicle again as quickly as possible. In our own paint shop, we can carry out steel and paint work promptly and also respond to special requirements.

Unser eigener Prüfstand inklusive eigener Spurvermessungsanlage gewährleistet, dass Ihr Farzeug schnellstmöglich wieder straßentauglich ist. Auch schwere Rahmenverwindungen können dank unserer 165 Tonnen Rahmenrichtbank im nu behoben werden. Durch die umfangreiche Unterstützung unseres großen Ersatzteillagers reduzieren wir Wartezeiten und steigern die Effizienz Ihrer Reparatur um ein vielfaches.

Our Services

Whether trailers, semi-trailers or truck bodies, we repair commercial vehicles of all makes and models. No challenge is too great and no request too small. Simply get in touch with us or send us an email. We are always happy to help.

In the event of damage, we provide fast and professional support. Using state-of-the-art technology, we repair all damage, including frame straightening on our chassis alignment system, chassis frame measurement, wheel and axle alignment, and much more.

Do you have a special requirement, or would you like to lengthen or shorten your commercial vehicle? For us, that is all part of our daily business. Would you like to transfer a still-operational specialist body, whether a crane body, silo installation or any other type of equipment, from your existing truck to a new vehicle? We are the right partner for that too. Put us to the test and you will see: almost nothing is impossible.

Whether you require a manually operated roll-over tarpaulin or an electric sliding cover, we ensure that the load area of your tipper vehicle is properly covered. Looking for something more specialised, such as a hydraulically lifting load cover or a side-folding cover system? Of course, these solutions are also part of our portfolio.

For the duration of the repair, we can also provide rental vehicles, ensuring that you experience virtually no downtime and can continue to meet your commitments. In this area, we are supported by our sister company, Langendorf Trading GmbH.

Work carried out in our in-house blasting and paint booths meets the highest standards. We also offer custom branding and lettering in both paint and vinyl. We do everything possible to ensure that your vehicle is returned to you looking its very best.

Of course, all inspections relating to your commercial vehicle can be carried out in-house at our facility. We also provide support for the preparation of complete vehicle combination approvals in accordance with Section 70 of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO).

UVV Inspections for Loading Cranes and Tail Lifts Are Also Available

As a subsidiary of one of Germany’s leading tipper manufacturers, we are naturally also able to retrofit tractor units with hydraulic systems for a wide range of applications, including tippers, moving-floor trailers, stone transporters, low-loaders and many more.
